The location here is fantastic, surrounded by leisure spots like restaurants and cafés, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The staff were really kind when asking for tips about Berlin. The check in was self and the atmosphere was homelike throughout the hotel. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi worked in all rooms. The location was marvellous and brilliant, in front of cafés and bars. Distance to the airport was just 19 miles.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The staff were especially helpful and brilliantly helpful, everything was really good. The room was brand-new and perfect little, included with a kettle, a joined bed, the 2nd bedroom.

We loved the affordable price of our comfortable room and the convenient location in a residential area close to supermarkets and shops, with a quick 15-minute walk to the Botzowstrasse bus stop.

The room here is modern and spacious, and the bed is super comfy. the staff is really friendly and incredibly kind. 😊

Location: the hotel was just off an alley, main transportation hub, and a NICE neighbourhood. The place was just next door to Al Dente, where you can have dinner. I had quiet, bright room complete with a joined bed, a kettle & water, for instance.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus central heating, a work desk and TV. The very kind staff and their attitude.

The Old Town Hotel was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the homey atmosphere and jaw-dropping interior. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Alexanderplatz, or we could easily hop on the tram right outside the hotel. We felt safe and secure, with an easy late-night check-in and a peaceful, quiet room that provided much-needed rest. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Our spacious, clean, and cozy room had a pop of color that made it feel extra special, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the convenience of having an ATM nearby and a taxi stop just around the corner. And although we didn't try the nearby eating places, there were plenty to choose from. our stay at this mind-blowing hotel in a fancy neighborhood was an unforgettable experience.

This place had a fresh look, was neat, and had 3 comfy beds. the location was awesome - close to everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, everything was great. However, some of the staff members weren't the friendliest. 😕
